Academy Nicholl Fellowship
The Academy Nicholl Fellowship is an international screenwriting competition. It is great for new and emerging screenwriters and aims to recognise talent.
To be eligible, you have to have earned no more that $25,000 for work for film and/or television.
Up to 5 winners are selected, and receive $35,000.

Scriptapalooza Screenplay
Scriptapalooza Screenplay is another competition for – yes, you guessed it – screenwriters!
Again, this is another reputable competition, seeing winners signed, and their scripts made into films.
